Most of us harbor kind and generous feelings we'd like to act on more often.
And, if you are anything like me, you glare at tourists who give hand-outs
to those guys on the subway who universally tell everyone at the top ot
their lungs that:
They're very sorry to disturb us...
BUT...they
just were released from Bellevue...
and they're waiting for their check but their papers got stolen, burned
in the fire...
and they're
not drug addicts...
and they could be out there stealing and robbing... (do you know
the difference?)
and they're
hungry...
anything you can give, anything...a penny...
